The meals are packed in high-quality stand-up pouches with a grip closure. The food can be heated in various ways within the packaging, such as using the optional Tactical FirePot, the Heater Bag, or over an open campfire. After removing the header from the sealed top and opening the pouch, you can pour in some cold or boiling water.
By closing the grip closure again, the heat is retained in the pouch, allowing the meal to warm up. After a short wait, open the pouch again, stir the contents, and it's ready to eat! The food is easy to access because the recognizable packaging is sturdy and accessible, thanks to its extra-wide design.
Tested in the Harshest Conditions
The team at Tactical Foodpack put the packaging to the test in real-world conditions. Are the meals easy to carry? How does the packaging react to an open flame? Is usability affected by extreme cold? The reliability and versatility of these products make them suitable for a wide audience with an active lifestyle, from campers, extreme sports enthusiasts, hikers, and mountaineers to professional athletes and government services like the military.
