Once you approve a sample, we request detailed production instructions for the final product, and you deliver the filling material to us. Only after approval do we begin manufacturing the packaging.
To prepare for production, DaklaPack registers all components with batch numbers in the system. This ensures accurate traceability and is checked multiple times before the filling process begins. To guarantee quality, several inspections are conducted prior to the start of production. We hold all relevant certifications, and our trained specialists handle hygiene and safety with great expertise.
After the preparations, DaklaPack begins the filling process. Each finished product is assigned a batch number to ensure traceability. Once production is complete, the products are prepared for transport, fully tailored to your needs.
It is possible to store products at DaklaPack and have them delivered on demand. As an experienced fulfillment partner, we can ship orders nationally and internationally from our central warehouse, adhering to the same strict standards as in the filling process.
