The cap is then placed on the jar, the batch code and use-by date printed on the jar, the label applied and tamper-evident foil sealed on the opening using induction technology.

- HMC Preservation fluid -

Preservative solution for use in screening and detection of cervical cancer. These sterile jars are filled in a flow cabinet using a highly accurate bottle dispenser. The cap is then applied and the jars are labelled and packed per 30 pieces in a custom-made box.

- Lost Coast Food Co. Spoutbag -

Spouted pouch filled with Chia seed. The pouch is filled through the open top, then sealed using heat sealing. X-ray detection is then used to check whether there are parts in the package that do not belong there. Trust is good, control is better.

- Remia Stickpacks -

Stickpacks filled with Remia’s Legendary Real Tasty Mayonnaise. These packs are made on DaklaPack's 6-lane stickpack line. The unique shape of this packaging ensures optimal ease of use and also looks very good. A servo-driven piston pump ensures accurate portions.

- Keune Spoutbag -

Spoutbag filled with various straightening creams for professional use. This spoutbag is produced by DaklaPack Production and delivered on rails in batches of 52 pieces. The pouch is filled through the spout. Finally the cap is attached and tightened with a servo motor, ensuring the cap always fits perfectly on the pouch.

- Mi Bugs Stand-up pouch -

Standing pouch made of kraft paper with window and grip closure. These stand-up pouches are filled on our Leepack Rotary Filler. The grip closure is automatically opened and the bottom unfolded to maximise volume. After filling, the top is pulled tight and sealed. Finally, the seal is immediately cooled again, which guarantees a very robust seal.
